This Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of purchases made on this website for digital products, including online courses and installment (EMI) payment plans.

1. Nature of the Product

All products offered on this website are digital products.

Access to the course content is provided immediately upon successful payment (or upon successful payment of the first installment, in case of EMI).

Once access is granted, the content can be fully consumed immediately.

2. No Cancellation After Purchase

Once a purchase is completed and access to the course content is granted:

  • Cancellation is not permitted

  • This applies to:

    • One-time full payments

    • Installment / EMI payments

  • Requests based on reasons such as:

    • Change of mind

    • Dissatisfaction

    • Lack of usage

    • Personal circumstances will not be considered valid grounds for cancellation

3. Installment / EMI Payments

For purchases made using installment or EMI options:

  • Cancellation of the installment plan is not allowed

  • Users are not permitted to cancel remaining installments

  • All agreed installments must be paid in full as per the selected payment plan

  • This applies even if:

    • The course is not accessed further

    • The user stops using the product

    • The user requests cancellation within any time period

4. Technical Issues (Limited Exception)

Cancellation requests may be considered only in the event of a verifiable technical issue caused by us, such as:

  • Inability to access the course content

  • Login or account access failure that cannot be resolved despite reasonable support attempts

In such cases:

  • The issue must be reported within 3 days of purchase

  • Our support team must be given a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue

  • Cancellation will be considered solely at our discretion

5. How to Request a Cancellation Review (Technical Issues Only)

If you believe you qualify under the technical issue exception, you may submit a request:

All requests must include:

  • Registered email address

  • Order/payment details

  • Description of the issue

Requests submitted after 3 days from the date of purchase will not be considered.

6. Final Decision

All cancellation decisions are final and binding.

We reserve the right to approve or deny any cancellation request in accordance with this policy.
