All sales are final and non-refundable, except in the case of verified technical access issues. Refunds will only be granted if:
- You are unable to access or open the course videos after successful payment, and
- You contact us within 24 hours of purchase to report the issue.
If these conditions are met, please email us at [email protected] with your full name, login email address, and a screenshot or video showing the issue. Our team will review your case within 3–5 business days, and if verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
3.3 Taxes and Fees:
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, bank charges, or currency conversion fees imposed by your payment provider.
3.4 Finality of Payments:
All payments are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable once access is granted to the course or digital product.
4. License and Restrictions on Use
4.1 License Grant:
Upon successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view the purchased course materials for personal learning purposes.
4.2 Prohibited Actions:

- Create derivative works or modify content for redistribution.
- Allow others to use your login credentials.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

All videos, PDFs, digital materials, images, and course designs are the exclusive property of JINJUNG BROTHERSÂ and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws of the Republic of Korea.

5.2 Service Availability:

5.3 Limitation of Liability:

 9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 Jurisdiction:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
9.2 Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts in Seoul, South Korea.
 10. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JINJUNG BROTHERSÂ regarding your use of the Service.
